Maybe an early sign of my future livelihood, I was a big rockhound as a kid, collecting rock and mineral specimens from all over the world. This gem-tastic necklace is like a wearable collection, with polished nuggets of rock (quartz) crystal, sodalite, dalmatian jasper, golden and green aventurine, rose quartz, labradorite, and amethyst among others. Each is entirely unique: no two necklaces will be alike, as the order and type of gemstone bead will vary in each design, but each will feature the oval-shaped nuggets alternating with hand-crafted faceted brass beads and finished with a 14 karat gold-over-copper horse stirrup-style toggle clasp at back. Measures 18.5" length.
