How many of each product are available for purchase?

Necklaces from our Elva and Deb collections incorporate vintage and antique materials, so each is entirely one-of-a-kind.  Once that particular design has sold, it is no longer available for purchase.  Items from the June collection are produced in limited edition runs, numbering as few as 5 or 6 to as many as 50 of each design.  


If an item is marked "sold out" or listed in the archive, can it be reproduced?

Occasionally we do find materials that allow us to recreate designs similar to originals that have sold out, and though the design will not be an exact replica, it is very reminiscent of its "predecessor."  Please contact us for information about our Wish List and ordering process.


I have my own vintage jewelry--could you make something with it?

Absolutely!  We love working with family heirlooms or fun finds!  Let us know what you have in mind, and we can get started on creating something unique just for you.  (Feel free to fill out our online form, send us an email, or give us a call--we'd love to hear from you.)


Though I don't have any of my own vintage jewelry, I'd love a custom design--is this possible?

Certainly!  We have more than enough jewelry in our studio from which you can select…and we would be happy to source something specific and fantastic for you that is sure to become a treasured favorite.   Sound fun?  Get in touch, and we'll begin working on your design!

Do you offer gift certificates for sale?

Of course!  Please contact us for ordering information.



--- RETURNS ---

May I return or exchange an item?

We want our customers to love their jewelry, but if you are unhappy with your purchase, we'd be glad to accept an item for exchange or return.  We'll offer you store credit in the amount of the original purchase that may be redeemed online with a unique code issued upon receipt of your returned jewelry.  Please note that all Sale items are considered Final Sale.  See our returns policy for more detailed information.


I received an incorrect or damaged item--what should I do?

Oh no!  We are so sorry to hear about that, but happy to help.  Please contact us so that we may send you a call tag for the jewelry, and we'll either send you the correct item, repair the damaged item, or offer credit for your purchase.  



--- SHIPPING ---

What method of shipping do you use?

We use UPS and United States Postal Service (USPS) with Delivery Confirmation service for most of our shipments.

When can I expect my jewelry to arrive?

You have three shipping options upon checkout:  Standard Delivery, with arrival in approximately 5-7 business days; Expedited Delivery, with arrival in 2 business days; and Overnight Delivery, which is guaranteed the next business day if the order is received by 3:00 p.m. EST. 


Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?

We do!  It's an honor and privilege to deliver to our military personnel. 


Do you ship to international destinations?

Yes!  We ship to a select number of international destinations--please see our drop-down list upon checkout for all international options.  If your specific destination is not included, please feel free to let us know that you are interested in ordering--we'll do all we can to add you to the list.


What if I'd like my order gift-wrapped?

You're in luck!  Each item is always packed in our signature gift-wrap with logo pouch, gift box, and ribbon closure at no additional charge.  If you have a special request for packaging, please let us know.  We're happy to make gifts extra-special for the recipient.


How do I check the status of my order?

You will automatically receive an email notification upon shipment of your order that includes a link to your tracking information.  As always, please feel free to be in touch with any questions or concerns.


What should I do if I have not yet received my order?

Definitely let us know if you are concerned about a delay or problem with your order--we will do our best to track the shipment down and get it to you as soon as possible.



--- PAYMENTS ---

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards and/or bank draft through Paypal or Google Checkout.  (Both options available upon checkout.)


How do I use a coupon code?

In step 2 of 3 of the checkout process, you will have the opportunity to enter any promotional or coupon code you may have in a blank at the top of the page.  The special savings will be reflected in your total price upon completion of the checkout process.

Do you charge sales tax?

Sales tax, applicable for orders placed in and shipped to Kentucky (KY) addresses, is included in the total price of all merchandise unless otherwise stated.
