The key is to turn the difficulty into a learning opportunity--to thrive through challenge--and we're honoring this somewhat-rare ability in a design that takes a forgotten vintage buckle and makes it all the more beautiful. We stumbled upon this Art Deco stunner in the most charming of antique shops in a tucked-away corner of Budapest on a recent adventure, and we immediately knew it would have a happy home with some beautiful beads back home in our studio. Polished dalmatian jasper, with its distinctive black-speckled pattern, is the ideal counterpart to the colorful Bakelite-jeweled brass buckle, and because the buckle becomes the clasp, choose to wear it at front, back, or side, depending on preference. Measures 18" in length.
