Just past the garden gate, what wonders can you stumble upon? Beautiful blooms a-plenty, bees buzzing by merrily, koi ponds full of bright golden swimmers? Whatever you may find, it is sure to be a natural scene inclined to inspire. Taking a hint from just such a fantastical garden, four strands of vintage green glass bicone beads from Japan (quite far-off travelers) and black crystal combine with a jet glass foliate brooch ornament dating to c. 1900. Completed at back with a silvered copper and green glass jeweled clasp, this design measures 24" in length.
