How the Garden Grows

This gorgeous green gal returned to the studio a few weeks ago as part of our Re-Vintage fun, and we were thrilled to see her again! "How the Garden Grows" was originally part of our Spring 2011 Collection, and a dozen years later, she has a refreshed and renewed blooming bounty to share. Antique glass beads like these striped designs from Africa (via Czechoslovakia) are almost impossible to find outside of collections anymore, especially in such vibrant verdant (and yellow!) hues, and we added a tiny bright green vintage glass bead between each striped beauty for a more fluid drape among the strands. Sparkling as brilliantly as ever, a vintage brooch and earrings set with two-tone green flowers glitters among the glass beads, and a new clasp in gilt copper and green quartz completes the look at back. Measures 18" length, shortest strand.
