Whether you call your favorite florist or snip a few blooms from your growing garden, fresh flowers make even the tiniest gathering (and dullest day) more special.  Carry the sentiment along in old blue African glass (we could go on and on about the subtle shades of cerulean and sky and ocean shown in the strands) with a bevy of blooming blossoms at the side.  Two brooches and a pair of earrings from the 1950s feature clusters of white-petaled flowers, each with rhinestone center, gathered around a white cabochon middle.  Gilt brass beads from India lead to a hammered gold vermeil hook clasp from Thailand.  Arranged florals at their finest.  Approximately 18.5" long overall.
