Sometimes color and sparkle used sparingly makes enough of a statement to confirm the "less is more" theory.  True in this case, we think.  Matte pale blue glass discs bring out the best in a vintage white enamel brooch, adorned with small slivers of multicolored rhinestones, and a sterling silver toggle clasp fastens the necklace at back at 18" long.  A glint of glitter goes a long way.
