Our very limited-edition Heart to Heart necklace honors beautiful mothers in our community, sharing the love and making a small difference here in Louisville, Kentucky with a contribution to UP for Women and Children. This incredible drop-in day center supports unhoused women and their children with daily needs like showers, phone use, customized case management, assistance obtaining vital documents, and receiving mail.

UP also provides food and clothing to moms and kiddos, and a portion of proceeds from each heartfelt necklace from now until Mother's Day will purchase undergarments and easy on-the-go snacks from UP's wish list.

Hearts joined through beauty, hope, and love, whether a family by birth or by choice, let's expand our village of mothers, helping one another and remembering we are all connected.

Choose up to five 18 karat gold-over-solid-brass hearts to align on an 18 karat gold-over-brass ball bead necklace that fastens at back with a lobster claw clasp at 16" length. Images shown feature a 5-heart style, but the necklace is lovely with any number of hearts, perhaps representing children, members of a family, loved ones, or a beautiful reminder of our heartful connection with others.

Each necklace will be accompanied by a small tag explaining its contribution to UP for Women and Children as well as a happy-hued travel jewelry case that zips open to reveal custom compartments for rings, earrings, and necklaces in its soft interior.

2. If you have a preference for a particular color of travel case, please choose from the following options (also pictured at left):
