Each link of this Victorian (early 20th century) goldtone chain shows intricate, elegant etched designs on each face, creating a substantial necklace from which hangs a most unusual vintage pendant. A dark brown (nearly black) leather box is a statement-making accent with a bas-relief two-tone gold bridled horse head emblazoned on its front. The hinged box opens to reveal a green felt interior (the perfect hiding place for a special memento or keepsake) and is approximately 2” square. Entire necklace: approximately 17.5” long.
