Ready for growth and all the garden goodness, this gem is right on time for warmer weather. (Or maybe just a reminder of sunny days all year round?) A vintage brooch in resin and brass shows beautiful blooms in gorgeous green at front center. We continued the garden theme with brass beads from Ghana whose filigree design resembles a garden lattice, each bead crafted entirely by hand in wax and then cast in brass (not unlike the demanding handiwork of digging, planting, watering and weeding.) Hints of handmade green glass of lampwork beads peek out between each unique brass bead, and a hammered gold-over-copper toggle clasps the design at back. Measures 18" length.
