Proud as a peacock, this one is front and center with its jeweled fan and delicately-enameled body.  (A unique vintage find likely from the 1940s, we fell in love with this one at first sight!)  Paired with polished beads of rich, blue dumortierite, a vintage rhinestone clasp at back allows for adjustable lengths ranging from 18" to 19" overall.
