For those times that seem to call for a festive marking of the occasion...a confetti celebration to take along with you!  Faceted quartz nuggets are both substantial and cool, while the vintage gilt brass beads bring some "of-the-moment" presence...but the best part of the merriment is a vintage goldtone compact by Stratton of England (yep, the puff is enclosed!) at front center.  A gold vermeil toggle clasp at back, fastening the party at 20.5" long.  (Compact is approximately 3" diameter.)
