Each golden and blue-studded blossom has been painstakingly hand-sewn to a pierced framework underneath the bloom. (We love imagining the talented craftsperson hard at work on such a design in the 1930s, when it was likely made.) This design measures 18" in overall length and attaches with a gilt copper toggle.
